A deep dive into the theory and practice of Yin Yoga, rooted in the teachings of Paul Grilley. This training covers Taoist philosophy, meridian theory, anatomy and the art of sequencing long-held poses.
This training is for yoga teachers who notice that their students keep struggling with the same physical limitations year after year — and want to understand why. For teachers who want to teach smarter, not just harder, and apply functional anatomy in their classes. And for experienced practitioners who are ready to take the step into Yin Yoga teaching with real anatomical depth.
What You Will Learn

- Anatomy: skeletal segments, muscle groups, target areas and skeletal variations
- Tension versus compression — how to apply this in your teaching
- Detailed analysis of Yin Yoga poses, modifications and alternatives
- Assisted Yin Yoga routines
- Pranayama and breathwork exercises
- Mindfulness practices and meditation
- How to sequence and teach a Yin Yoga class
