Yoga is so much more than learning a few postures; we believe that diving into this ancient tradition can bring meaning, fulfilment and joy into our modern lives.

The Functional Yoga Teacher training have been leading teacher trainings since 2008. Both in The Netherlands and around the globe. A certified Teacher Training with TFY brings detailed insight into how the body moves, how the heart can grow and how our minds can experience wisdom and peace, focusing on both anatomical and philosophical studies.

What to expect? A delicious workshop comprised of a yin/yang class to let you sample the (functional) yoga you could learn with TFY, an introduction to functional anatomy, skeletal variations, yoga philosophy and a Q&A session.

Our trainings are suitable for those wanting to embark on a yoga teaching career, teachers who are tempted to move towards the functional approach, body workers who want to learn more about anatomy and functional movement or for practitioners wanting to deepen their practice and philosophical knowledge.
