Together, Esther and Marcel present a 100-hour, Yoga Alliance Accredited, Functional Hatha-Vinyasa Teacher Training that will empower you to become the most authentic and skilled yoga teacher you can be. This comprehensive course covers yoga theory, philosophy, movement, anatomy, and self-inquiry techniques, all aimed at unleashing your full potential. 

In this training, you will learn:

  • The 14 skeletal segments and their movements.
  • How to identify compression in these segments and adapt poses accordingly, if required.
  • The functions of the 10 myofascial groups.
  • The seven groups of poses, including their function, modifications, and adjustments.
  • Authentic movement practices.
  • Sequencing a Hatha-Vinyasa yoga class.
  • Teaching a Hatha-Vinyasa yoga class.
  • Mindfulness techniques.
  • Meditation practices.
  • The fundamentals of yoga philosophy.
  • The relevance of the Sutras of Patanjali in our modern lives.
  • Mindfulness practices.
  • Online teaching methods.
  • Online technology for yoga instruction.
  • How to effectively incorporate music into your classes.

April 6: Day 1
